There are two items regarding parent messaging in Schoology.

First, if you have not yet set up your Schoology parent account, please call the PCS Technology Support Line to do that. When you do, make sure you tell them if you have more than one student in the system.

Second, if you have already set up your parent account and you have children at 2 or more Putnam County Schools, you need to call the PCS Technology Support Line to have them attach the other schools to your account. Currently, you are only able to send messages to teachers at the school of the first child you associated with your account. For example, if you first created your account with your child who attends HMS, you need to have HHS attached to your account as well.

The Technology Support Line can be reached at 304-586-4946. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm and evening hours are Monday through Thursday from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
